No More Credit for the Lower Class

A couple of interesting pieces from today’s Wall Street Journal on the finances of the lower class.

The first is a piece outlining how credit cards are becoming less available to lower income Americans as the card companies try to cut out their riskiest customers and with new Federal guidelines for issuing credit, it won’t  be as easy for them to charge higher rates to riskier borrowers:
