- – 41% of women very or fairly confident they will have enough money in retirement vs 48% of men
- – 54% of women say unemployment is a big issue to only 43% of men
- – 36% of women do expect their situation to improve vs 32% of men
The article then goes into political discussions about outlook on deficits, budget, who’s more likely to be a member of the Tea Party etc. The one interesting thing I take from this is considering more men got laid off in this recession than women, I’m surprised to see men more optimistic in the survey- must be a gender thing:) Read more HERE.
