MHN News says that ForRent.com is reporting a 65% increase in traffic in a normally quiet month:
Perhaps banks have stepped up the foreclosure mailings? According to the article, there are shifts in mentality toward shorter term rentals and away from longer term mortgage commitments. This falls in line with what Richard Florida talks about in his “Great Reset” as I have discussed before on this site.
