If you are an executive or serve on the board of directors of a company, then you should know your LIABILITY exposure as part of your job/position. I can’t speak for the value of these speakers but Bingham McCutcheon is a respectable firm in Boston. And besides, if you’re collecting 5-10k a year to sit on a board (or worse zero:) and you don’t know the risks, I think the $70 might be worth finding out how much these speakers do know!
Either way, I am simply passing on the info, not recommending this firm, but recommending generally that you get educated on this topic if applicable to you!
