Chris’ August 2018 Update

I hope you are all enjoying your summer. As mentioned previously, I am working on a doing a better job of regular updates – not so frequently to drive you nuts but goal is monthly. With that said, here are a few items I thought I would share for August:

  • please excuse my crooked sunglasses and the horrible video angle that highlights excessive chin!
  • I spent some time making sure files I have for you were put into your vault in the client system. So for those if you that shared them with me, I put copies of insurance policies, legal documents, disclosures, applications etc in those files so that you have easy access to your stuff on the computer, mobile or wherever. I want very badly to help you be as organized as possible!

On a different note, I have often stressed the importance of planning financially as an intergenerational family – not just thinking of us but how we can maximize for the kids and our parents. I wanted to share this clip with you from a story that I found on twitter on planning for the long term and Date trees: https://t.co/DhwKrK28gY.

There is so much value in that clip check it out.

With fall season coming, that means benefits enrollments, tax forecasts, RMD planning and more (See some interesting points on RMD planning in my video linked above by the way). If you have any questions or want me to write about certain topics, drop a comment below and let me know!

Thank you and have a great week.

Warmly,

Chris
