A couple of interesting articles appeared in Multi-Housing News regarding the rental market. As would be expected, people who can’t buy a home still need a place to live which is leads to increased demand for rentals and thus, rental rates. Here is the article:

This ties along with two of my views – one, that rental inflation will occur due to higher demand, and two, that real estate investors will make more money off income in the next few years than price appreciation.
Keep realistic about the real estate market.
