No old style refineries are nec to this method. And with the Barnett Shale and other gas sites in the USA, we could cut our oil needs from every country we now buy from. Will we do it? Russia and China burn enough gas every day to make 8000000 gallons of gasoline every day. So will we be Smart or Stupid.
